LogeDeck – Run the place.

The operating system for second-hand stores and seller marketplaces.

Booking, labelling, checkout and payouts for stores that rent racks and tables to independent sellers. One system, from the first rack to the whole building.

In daily use at a second-hand fashion store in Helsinki since June 2026

The control room

Every rack, every seller, one view.

A busy store floor has hundreds of sellers, thousands of items and spaces turning over every week. LogeDeck shows the whole floor at a glance: what is booked, what is free and which spaces need attention next.

One system, four steps

From empty rack to seller payout.

Each step replaces a spreadsheet, a paper list or a manual calculation. Staff spend their time on the floor, not on admin.

01

Book

Sellers pick a rack or table on an interactive floor plan and pay online. Pricing per floor, period and campaign.

02

Label

Sellers add their items in their own account and print barcode labels at home. Every item is tied to its seller.

03

Sell

Staff scan items at the checkout. Each sale is recorded to the right seller the moment it happens.

04

Pay out

Commission, rent and extras are deducted automatically. Sellers see their sales and get paid without manual work.

Proven in practice

Built on a real store floor.

LogeDeck has been developed together with a working second-hand fashion store in Helsinki. Every feature is tested with real sellers, staff and shoppers before it is released.

What comes next

From managing space to helping things sell.

The next stage brings interactivity and AI across the whole chain, so that more pre-owned fashion finds a new owner and less ends up as waste.

Running a store full of sellers?

LogeDeck is founded by Sebastian Rantala in Oulu, Finland. We would be glad to hear how your store runs today and where it could run smoother.
